Refund policy

We want you to love your Boreal Weighted Eye Mask. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-night risk-free trial.

Returns You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, items should be in resaleable condition with original packaging where possible. We understand the mask needs to be tried to be judged, so gentle use is fine.

How to start a return Email us at support@borealandco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping We cover return shipping costs - we'll email you a prepaid label.

Damaged or defective items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days at support@borealandco.com with photos, and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return required.

Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order.
