Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email within 48 hours of your order shipping.

Customs & import duties Orders shipped may be subject to import duties or taxes determined by your local customs office. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Lost or delayed orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@borealandco.com and we'll resolve it — either by reshipping or issuing a full refund.
